A Different Kind Of S'more

Ingredients

Chocolate chips (you can experiment with different flavors too!)
Mini marshmallows
Flour tortillas

Directions

1. For each roll-up, spoon 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips and about a dozen mini marshmallows onto the tortilla.

2. Fold and wrap the tortilla as you would a burrito, and then wrap in foil.

3. Set on campfire coals for about 4 minutes, or place on grill for about 8 min, flipping halfway through cooking time.

4. Use tongs to remove from heat and carefully unfold the foil.

5. Be sure the filling is cool enough to eat before serving.

My kids preferred this recipe over the traditional way because they liked picking out their own chips. They tried the chocolate/peanut butter chips, mint flavored, and the cherry chips (which they loved!) This was also cheaper to do as well!

You could even warm the Tortilla up and top it with toppings.

What a great idea! I've always thought those graham crackers were pretty messy!
